Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), orders may require verification before dispatch.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout. Free shipping offers may be available on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Digital Course Access
Online flute courses are delivered digitally. Course access details are sent to your registered email/mobile number after successful payment. Digital products do not require physical shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s tracking link.

Delivery Issues

If your flute arrives damaged during transit: Record an unboxing video while opening the package. Share the video and images with our support team for verification. After approval, replacement support will be provided as applicable.
