Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at https://in.krishnaflute.com/ Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products") We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

 The flutes provided along with the Digital Goods cannot be exchanged or returned unless damaged. In case of any damage, we provide an exchange of the flute free of any cost. The customer must notify us of any damage within 3 days of receiving the flute. Shipping charges will be applicable. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
